Returns Policy
Return Period: The customer may request a refund or return within 8 calendar days from the delivery date if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Resolution: Based on the request, EXCLUSIVE CARBON CASE d.o.o. will either:
- Refund the payment to the customer’s account, or
- Replace the product with a new one.
This will be completed within 30 days from receiving the returned product at the address stated on the return form.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, send an email to
info@accordcase.com including:
- Name and address
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product
Return Address:
- EU countries: Ship to the address specified in the return confirmation email.
- Other countries: Deliver to the nearest airport.
Costs: The customer bears the return shipping cost.
Condition of Return: Products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging.
Invalid Claims
Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:
- The return claim is unfounded,
- The defect is caused by improper handling or use,
- The product is damaged due to improper return packaging.
In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, with a written explanation of the rejection.
Undelivered Orders
If the customer does not receive the ordered and paid product, they must report this within 8 calendar days of the expected delivery date by:

EXCLUSIVE CARBON CASE d.o.o. will promptly investigate the shipment and inform the customer of the resolution.
