Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide. EU shipments: free delivery to the nearest airport.

We do not ship to: China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Russia, and South America.

Duties & Taxes (non-EU): Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Confirmation: Once EXCLUSIVE CARBON CASE d.o.o. confirms your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days.

Production & Delivery Time: Our products are handmade. Delivery typically ranges from 15–60 days, depending on requirements.

Contactability: If the customer is unreachable at the provided phone number, EXCLUSIVE CARBON CASE d.o.o. is not responsible for any delivery delays.

Delivery Attempts: Orders are delivered to the specified address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide next-step instructions.

Inspection & Damages

Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the shipment.

  • If there is visible damage, report it to the courier immediately and refuse the shipment.
  • By signing the delivery receipt and accepting the invoice, you confirm the product was inspected on delivery.
  • If you refuse due to visible package damage, complete the carrier’s damage form and notify us at info@accordcase.com, indicating whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

After we receive the returned shipment and the completed form, EXCLUSIVE CARBON CASE d.o.o. will expedite production and deliver a replacement at no extra cost, or process a refund as requested.

Refusal Without Valid Reason

If the customer fails to accept the product or refuses it without a valid reason, EXCLUSIVE CARBON CASE d.o.o. reserves the right to seek reimbursement of incurred costs.
